        Chicken pieces gently cooked in bereber (Ethiopian red pepper) sauce until tender
        and served with a hardboiled egg. 

        SPECIAL TIBS
        Prime tender beef pieces marinated in sherry, rosemary and GOJO's special sauce, and then
        pan fried with hot peppers and onions.

        BOZENA SHIRO
        Yellow split peas and chopped primed beef simmered in bereber sauce.

        Sautéed beef, collard greens, onions and papers, spiced with peppercorns and cardamom.
